Wine: Silver Palm Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a 2008 Cabernet from California that retails for about $20 a bottle in the New Orleans area.
It was pretty good when I opened it yesterday and it only got better as it had time to breathe.
I just got around to finishing the bottle tonight and I have to say that the wine has held up really well.
This wine was well worth the $19.99 I paid.

I had a Swanson 06 Sangiovese and it was splendid.
I like all the Swanson wines even their merlot which is really what that are known for.

I finished off a box of Franzia Chardonnay last night and it was delightful.
