Will I need ressies for most Las Vegas restaurants?

Headed there this weekend and really wanting to just play things by ear. But will most of the top restaurants require reservations? Or are there plenty of good places that I'll be able to find something as a walk up?

If you're staying at a nice place, go through the concierge. They'll be able to make things happen that you won't working by yourself.

Yep,, and neither are our pallets refined..
Most places in vegas that us country folk choose, decent jeans are accepted.
