I like angels envy, it finished dead last in a blind tasting we did that included: Four Roses Single, old scout 10, EHT Small batch, Old forester 1892, Lot 40, angels envy, and Jefferson's small batch I believe it was. We all noted it was smooth but other than that it was pretty bad compared to the rest.

Maybe y'all can answer this question. How does bourbon handle aging in the bottle. I wanted to get a bottle this year for my first born kid and then possibly share it when they're 18. I've heard of people doing this with wine but not bourbon.

It won't "age" anymore but will keep just fine. Just keep it away from direct sunlight.
