I wouldn't think so, the transaction is illegal, but I don't know what laws are being broken. State laws, federal, probably both. Hard to complain about being swindled when the transaction was illegal, to begin with.

Fake. I know one way it was happening was that he was buying empties from EBAY and filling with fake juice.
