I saw your list in a thread recently and it’s pretty extensive.
I recently tried Kuen noodle house and thought it was pretty good. We are fortunate to have such a diverse selection of Asian restaurants and groceries.

All good suggestions. I highly recommend truth and it is centrally located. Will be lines.
I had Harlem Road BBQ in Richmond today and I would rank them in the top tier for Houston. Excellent que and cool spot to visit.
Killens of course is a destination place.
