define "fast food"
Are we talking strictly McDonalds, BK, Taco Bell, and the like etc?
I guess I ate Popeye's at Mardi Gras last year
Not sure i truly consider that fast food though.

Yea popeyes has most of the negative health aspects of fast food without the quick service, so probably not technically fast food.

Chick fila is def fast food though if you go with a salad with low calorie dressing or maybe the grilled chicken cool wrap no sauce and a fruit cup then you aren't doing half bad. But they have all the nuggets and chicken sandwiches and yummy waffle fries.

Does pizza, subway, Quiznos count as fast food?
If you say mcdonalds, Burger King, canes, Taco Bell, etc then 2-3 years

I would say no though it may have the same health negativities. But you can also get that from a sit down restaurant depending on what you order. Pizza is generally not too fast and can even be gourmet if prepared with high ingredients.

Pizza ... 20 years ago. The wife forbids cheese.
Hamburgers... 30 years ago. I prefer making my own on the grill.
Fried Chicken... last week. I don't like to fry chicken at home... too messy. Walmart has some great stuff.

Lucy does not allow cheese in the house. Nor am I allowed to eat cheese when away from home. It's not an allergy. It's a phobia.
Ten years ago I made the mistake of allowing her to go grocery shopping with me. We were behind a woman at the check out with a lot of cheese in her cart. Lucy had to run away to the car.
Cashier: What's wrong?
Me: My wife hates cheese.
Him: Really? Why?
Me: When she was very young her parents beat her with a large piece of Gouda. She hasn't been normal ever since.
Him: Wow, that's really sad.
