I paid 491 today for a ham turkey 6" on wheat with everything on it besides olives and lettuce.
Couldn't do that at home for 5 bucks.

You could do it 7 or 8 times for $20.

That's of course if all your ingredients stayed fresh.
Which they wouldn't.

For $12.00 you can go to Ninos at lunch and get either a bowl of homemade soup of the day or one of about six good salads and either one of four sandwiches or eleven pastas and it's a great deal.

Not comparing to Subway but shows you for not a lot of money a great lunch can be had and the portions are very filling but not so large to put you in a coma at your desk at two.

My office is my truck.

I try to eat healthy as I can ,, so subway is the best option I have when you're on the road as much as I am.

I actually like subway a lot.
Filling but I'm never stuffed.

Did this last week. It was my first time at Nino's. Will be back.

I have to be honest, I have never in my life made a sandwich as good as an am mart sandwich. Not even close. That shite is so good IMO. With a large sweet tea and the zapps. It's a damn good bang for your buck.

Eta: today I had olde tymes here in Laffy. Boudin stuffed burger poboy loaded down with a bag of chips and a fountain drink for 6.75.

One of the best lunch deals in Laffy IMO.

The egg white sandwich isn't too bad and is low calorie. I like the chicken soup too.
