I'm about to get the Aaron Franklin book. I use his recipes pretty often for BBQ stuff and they always turn out great.

This one is pretty good, ingredients are pretty simple and easy to find. Has a bunch of different sauce recipes as well.

Smoking Meat is a great book. Has lots of rubs and sauces, aside from times and temps.

I've tried most of the recipes.
