Since Lahaye's closed and I can't find a smoked ham I trust for christmas, what's your recipe for ham?

This is my first ham... All I did was put a dry rub and smoking at 250 until internal 140

Looking good....I did a turkey again for thanksgiving this year on my WSM, might try and do a ham for Christmas.

What type of wood did you use?

So was the ham cured when you bought it, or was it a totally fresh ham (no cure or smoke; just raw pig)?
