Question is in the subject line. Curious what you all think?
Couple of buddies and I are frying several turkeys tomorrow for several gatherings for Thursday. I honestly have only ever fried a turkey and eaten it the day of (with of course cut up left overs were put in a zip lock for later use). Has anyone here fried a whole turkey and stored the entire thing for later use (day after in this case)? What is the best method and approach you used for this that kept the turkey most fresh?
Thanks in advance.

I’d recommend a refrigerator.

My thoughts exactly. It’s for a local church thing though and this was the only way to get it all done. Just wondering if there was an optimal method beyond the obvious.
