Nah. I quit working in Lafayette 3 years ago, and apparently someone has already had that grand idea.
Do they park at Judice Inn? If they do, I know what's for lunch the next time I'm going through Lafayette.

It's a fry food truck that serves fries all over the city. Some of the best fries I've ever had.

Based on two locations and four visits...Meat is flavorless, burned on the edges and completely overwhelmed by a rather fresh tasting tomato. The cheese is processed American and is an embarrassment. The fries were soggy. A comparison to Wendy's is accurate. Bland.

Nothing seems to be happening at this building next to academy. Had hesrd 5 guys and panera were going in there.
