Mason's is fun. I've been twice and got drunk as hell from the unlimited mimosas. I thought the food was good too. I don't recall the dishes being very creative though.

Chimes, Bistro Byronz, Olive or Twist, Capital City Grill, City Pork.
Mason's is good but it gets so crowded by 10am that it's never worth it to me to fight the crowd.

They are not unlimited. We found the end one day. That said, they give you enough to get sufficiently blasted.
My vote is Bistro Byronz. Their grits and grillades is killer.

The board may not like it, but I've never had a bad meal at Frank's. Good home cooking for brunch

City Pork has a fantastic Saturday and Sunday brunch starting at 9:00 both days.
And I always like Chimes and Byronz for brunch.

Duvic's has one of the more underrated brunch specials in town. Granted, a lot of people can't handle the smokey bar atmosphere. But I've had a good meal the few times I've been there.
Chimes, Mason's & Byronz Bistro are you "go to" brunch places.
By far the worst is Pelican House.

Why wouldn't the board like it?

"The board may not like it" makes me picture the board being like the Council to the king in Game of Thrones.
"We must take this brunch issue before the board."

+1
I tried to go to Mason's a few months ago. Line was too long. 45 minute wait for brunch is not acceptable.

Got to Mason's. Call 30 min before arrival and put your name on the list. Enjoy.

I think they just tell people this to get them there, I've tried it a few times and didn't seem to help much. Used to just tell my ex either be ready to go there for 10 or pick another place, refused that wait.
