What are folks deciding to cook this weekend?
I originally decided to smoke a brisket but now will do steaks and on Friday cook some chicken

Probably out to lunch and dinner Friday with out of town guests.
Annual crawfish boil at home Saturday
Right at 30 people, I believe. Crawfish and trimmings, potato salad, seafood pasta, muffaletas, etc. I'll make etouffee with leftover tails.
Probably recover on Sunday with etouffee and maybe fried fish. I could see grilling on Monday if the weather is nice.
