Leftover stir fry that was a total first time experiment and worked out great:
Got some tomatoes from my neighbor's garden. Wanted to make a stir fry. Looked up some recipes and came up with this...
Marinate steak, cut up bite size in Terryaki Sauce for one hour.
Chop up tomato..minced.
Heat wok on high...add steak and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add minced tomatoes and veggie of choice (broccoli, snow peas) I chose snap beans.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add Thai chili sauce to taste (I used the whole bottle ... about 5 ounces).
Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
The result is a great mix of hot and sweet. Color is brick red. Serve over rice.
