I love Carmo. I usually get the vegetarian version of the Rico.
Shredded bbq chicken tacos for me. This is my first time making a South Carolina style mustard base sauce. It was always my favorite "style" of bbq and I can never find a bottled sauce in New Orleans that is comparable. I got lazy and bought the cole slaw, but oh well.
