where can you order a case? Do you also get the wood crate or is it in the 6 packs? I paid 104 Euro for two cases and there is a Café across the street where you can buy the six packs. I was able to get 8 six packs between me and my wife. You can get 2 cases every 60 days per vehicle. Its pretty hard to get through to get the appointment to pick it up. I tried to get through over 450 times one day and then tried the next day and got through pretty quick.
