Haven't tried it, but Wendy's in general is totally legit. Love their breakfast.

i gave up fast food a few weeks ago, and i have to admit..... that is the most disgusting looking burger i have ever seen... it looks like they put nacho cheese on it, how does that not make everything soggy?
but i will take your word for it since i have not tried it

A little messy, but not soggy. They put the cheese on it just as they served it.
Biggest surprise to me was that you could actually taste the shrooms even with all of the cheese.
