want to be able to smoke a whole 150 lb sow but would also like to be able to smoke liked sausage, turkeys, and occasionally use it to cold smoke fish and jerky.

It would also be great if it could double as a large capacity grill for tailgaiting.

Anyone have anything like this or any ideas on how to build it?

Thanks guys but I have a guy who owes me a favor that will build it for me if I can give him some general direction.

I am more interested in suggestions on design square vs round, single chamber vs multiple, basic size, and potentially photos if anyone has them. Advice about what works and waht doesn't work.

Check out this web site. This is the link to the forum where they discuss and post pictures of smokers that people have built.
