Oh wow, that helps.

It's decent bar food - good call on ordering dirty rice there.

Some one needs to be the first to step up to the plate and speak the truth about the abysmal food at there facilities on Yelp or some other social media site.

Is Yelp a private club? Step up, trigger. Save everyone from the slop they serve.

No shite. Bank is not taking much of a risk if they put that piece of land up as collateral.

I'm not sure what they own, but Brandon's family is loaded and yes they helped out alot with the first restaurant.

I'm not going to get into the food debate, but I think someone in their mgmt team is doing something right about how their operations are run.
I noticed the comparison real quick how shitty Mannings in N.O. was run on a few visits. Been to Walk On's a few times and they run a tight ship, even when the place is busting at the seems crowded.

When special events are in town, they do a bunch of different rental programs, etc and make just stupid $$$$.

"Jack wanted 16 Mil total but got 12 and got to keep Schlitz and Roux House. Pretty good deal if you ask me. The Landry family owns Acadian Ambulance and his grandfather owned the land that Walk Ons is on and donated it to them in the beginning. From what I hear, the split was pretty bad. I don't know what drove them apart, but apparently they haven't even been speaking to each other for awhile."

You have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about. It's so funny to see people come in here and act like they have a clue.

I thought AA was owned by Richard Zuschlag ???

He founded the company in 1972 and has acted as the CEO for yrs

You are both wrong.

Established in 1971, Acadian Ambulance Service is owned by its employees through a private stock option plan.

My review would be a bit jaded in terms of the time frame from when I last ate at the original, the suck was that bad. At least seven years ago, and no other location.

It's not correct, Rouge .. Brandon's dad bank rolled the first location from jump .. He's a 3rd generation farmer from Iberville that owned Harvest Sugarland Motors .. He sold it to Brian Harris years ago .. He literally set those two up completely .. The rest took care of itself .. Warner was always a mooch in the whole deal .. If he got $12 million, that would be insane ..

Warner was a bar tender at Mellow Mushroom before the business started.
