I've lived in countries all over the world and have had a variety of pizzas. Every country does it differently so its hard to say what is truly authentic anymore. Having said that, FDL tasted pretty damn good which is all that matters to me.

The notion of "authenticity" when it comes to pizza is all but a pointless one.

Fleur de Lis is a very distinct style of pizza. I can understand people not liking it and preferring other styles (although, I can't understand those who order round the world without anchovies), but it's silly to knock it for being "inauthentic."

It is, what it is.
