Vegas lunch recommendation - Strip or Downtown

Looking for recommendations on a good lunch place anywhere on the strip or within walking distance of downtown. Only requirements are good food and good drinks (beer, mostly) and it has to be casual dress. Price isn't too much of a hurdle, but we're not looking to spend $80-$100/person. TIA
