Unclogging a Pit Boss Auger suggestions

Anyone got any better ideas than breaking it down and removing the auger?
FYI...The pellets aren't wet just stuck and you can hear the auger turn just doesn't push the pellets out.

Not familiar but any way to reverse polarity and have it turn the opposite way?

Can you see the auger turn or is it just the motor you hear running? I had the same thing happen on my traeger and the screw that held together the auger to the auger motor had snapped in half. Once I replaced that and got all the pellet residue out of the auger it was working fine.
