Two BR prospective restaurant questions

1. Resurrecting the question about that piece of property that was purchased around town center by a restaurantuer, I can't remember the details. Its been discussed here, and people were excited about it, but nothing has come of it in more than a year.

2. What has come of the restaurant plans for the guy from Triumph Kitchen? Didn't they have a place on Government? Update?

My understanding in front of Trader Joe's , Lululemon aerobics wear.

By Town Center in old Chase, Wayne Stabiler opening restaurant. Not sure what the delay is.

Not sure. But Im surprised at some of the businesses that stay open in this town.

They don't.

Persians who live in the states typically are very wealthy

1. Wayne Stabiler is opening a restaurant in the old Chase Bank on Jefferson. its still happening and I believe they have been working on it

2. Gouter, construction is ongoing

No work is being done on the old City National Bank building. I believe they did a bit of interior removal months ago but since then nothing.

Memphis has had one for several years. Why wouldn't BR be able to sustain one?
