1. Resurrecting the question about that piece of property that was purchased around town center by a restaurantuer, I can't remember the details. Its been discussed here, and people were excited about it, but nothing has come of it in more than a year.
2. What has come of the restaurant plans for the guy from Triumph Kitchen? Didn't they have a place on Government? Update?

By Town Center in old Chase, Wayne Stabiler opening restaurant. Not sure what the delay is.

How is a city the size of BR going to sustain a Lulumon?
Posted on 6/13/15 at 11:19 pm to Paul Allen
Not sure. But Im surprised at some of the businesses that stay open in this town.

How does a city this size support 17 Persian rug stores? (Estimated)
Posted on 6/14/15 at 8:26 am to BRIllini07
They don't.
Persians who live in the states typically are very wealthy

I was wondering the same thing. Here's my thread about it: LINK. I didn't get much of a response.

No work is being done on the old City National Bank building. I believe they did a bit of interior removal months ago but since then nothing.

Memphis has had one for several years. Why wouldn't BR be able to sustain one?
