I had some cousins in Baton Rouge who used to get the most delicious ones every year for Thanksgiving..... and since Im hosting Thanksgiving for my family this year up here (Tenn) I would like to get one.....

Poche's in Breaux Bridge. Never had one from there but their specialty meats are pretty good.

x2. Hebert's along with Don's in Lafayette have the best. Both have websites and will ship them in dry ice to you.
