I could eat Panang Curry and Jasmine rice every day. Every. Dang. Day.
I'd weigh 300 pounds.
I'd weigh 300 pounds.

Massaman Curry. #1 on list of 50 best foods in the world I recently learned to cook a version ad it's going to steal some gumbo and jamb cooks this Fall/Winter. So glad I found a source for the paste locally.

Pls share your source for the paste if possible

I made a green Thai shrimp curry this past week. I added some Thai basil pesto to it and it was fricking amazing. Got one more Thai basil pesto plant left and I'm looking forward to making some more.

I wasn't going to say anything, but...there were more than a few things on there that made me scratch my head.
Still. I'll give that curry a shot.

I love Thai curries, but they will never replace gumbo in my heart and soul.
