At Ultimate Plaza, the same location that the previous four restaurants failed bigly.

I think TJ's will do fine. It's not so much the location as the restaurants that failed. On the Half Shell is right across the road and has been open for years.

The parking lot for that shopping center (ultima) looks like it was planned by former BR Civil Engineers

Nope! "Prairieville, where restaurants come to die..."

RIP: Sliders, Dynasty, Charlie Browns, the 20 Italian restaurants in the strip mall on Airline, Santa Fe, the mexican restaurant by Tire Engineers

You get the point...

I don't see how the TJ Ribs on Acadian is able to employee wait staff honestly.

Sliders....Nasty
Dynasty.... Used to be the spot for good Chinese Buffet until quality feel off
Charlie Browns... Decent Bar Food but quality did not match $$$. Service tended to suck last couple years
Ultima Plaza Italian restaurant (can't remember name)...Decent food but never really found its groove
Santa Fe.... Disgusting
the mexican restaurant by Tire Engineers... Viva Las Palmas!

They shut down after the tornado. I saw yesterday that they are opening a new restaurant there. Industry Grill?

Not sure. It's not like the one on Siegen is that far away for someone from Prairieville to drive to if they really want TJ Ribs so I can see it failing. Sammy's works because the nearest one is way down Highland by LSU.

Haven't been in a few years but I used to get their steaks. Their waiter suggested it to me because they apparently get the same cuts of steak that Ruth's Chris receives.

It will thrive in Prairieville, will be considered "fine" dining
