Nice. I made a batch two weeks ago. Much better this time. Only thing different I'm going to do is get the butcher to slice the meat thin for me. It's hard getting really small slices with just a knife

I bought a cheap meat slicer for like $60 over 20 years ago and still use it.

I like to ground the meat up first and use one of those guns if you know what I mean.
