Crawfish.. out of season.. in Vegas. Seems legit. Out of curiosity, what do you do? We had an employee dining room like that when I worked in a casino.. only job I've ever had with one of those.

Buffet style too!
Executive Casino Host---only been at this property for a few months and the EDR here is bad. They all have them out here as well, this one is by far the worst of the 4 properties I've been at. Hard Rock one was a legit spread.

Ours wasn't too wonderful either, but it was just L'Auberge in ole Baton Rouge, to be fair.
Not surprised Hard Rock's was legit. Still.. I can't imagine eating crawfish and then going back to work regardless of where you are or the time of year it is.

EDR EDR! Yeah, full suit. This is about the 3rd time I have seen them put out. I have seen two people eating them. Not sure if they are still alive.
