Going to Denver for a few days at the end of the month.

Are there any bars/restaurants that I must go to??

Open to any and all suggestions.

TIA.

Went to Denver last month, great town.

Drank at:
Falling Rock Tap House...great beer and selection
Great Divide Brewing Co...great beer, only serve their own stuff, mostly IPAs, but shitty hipster, dickhead bartenders

Ate at:
Prohibition...great upscale bar food
Highland Tavern...great bar food/brunch
Sam's #3...good diner with about 300 things on the menu
Denver Chop House...did steaks one night, this place was recommended by our server at Falling Rock, enjoyed my steak, but nothing to write home about
Delaney's...English Pub and cigar bar, very good English Pub food, good selection of cigars/whiskeys/scotches
Marco's Coal Fired Pizza...awesome pizza, two blocks away from Great Divide

Just hang around LoDo. Plenty of good restaurants, bars, and breweries in the area.

I will second Falling Rock Tap House as a good place if you want a nice beer selection.
Blake St Tavern is a good spot if you want to catch a game and some grub.
If you like Mexican food give Tamayo a try. I'd go back just for the guacamole. But the menu is very good as is the bar and outdoor terrace.
