Thermo Works - Chef Alarm

Got this for fathers day, have used it probably a dozen times for various meats, really takes the guess work out of it and it's nice to not have to bother the meat with a regular pen temp gauge, highly recommend.

Everything from ThermoWorks is good. I have a Chef Alarm too.
Although I will say that the Lavatools Thermopen imitations on Amazon are quite a value at half the price.
