The Regatta

A girl I went to high school with is the head chef out there. I've only been once so I'm limited with a review of the place. The fried gator is legit, better than 4/5 places I've had it before. I tried the duck pasta dish the one time I went. It could have used more pepper/heat, but the sauce and duck had a good flavor IMO. I'd give it a 3.5/5, with half a point coming off because I thought it could use more pepper. The bar is also pretty well stocked for a Lake Arthur restaurant. The view is also legit.

I can say I know a lot of people who go there regularly and rave about it. They have the regular fried fare you'd expect from any small town Cajun restaurant and a few dishes you won't see at other places. Report back and let us know what you had and thought of the place.
