Found this gem in Nashville. Two lsu grads. Great gumbo and food in general. FYI. The Glutch area

I was there in November, and the wife and I found this place and enjoyed it.

I had the gumbo and boudin balls when I went, very solid.

I stumbled on this restaurant while I was living in New York during med school. That was a treat for someone who missing home. They had advertised having Abita beer too, but hadn't got their liquor license yet.

I knew the original one was in New York.
Quick google search appears it is closed now.
Also one of the original founders is not on the current website.

Yea I see on this website that it only lists Nashville.

I had shrimp poboy as it was Lent at the time and I was more than impressed.
