Stockyard Cafe & BBQ in Denham coming soon. WTH is this place?

I haven't heard anything about this place, but I did see where a Rotolo's is going up right now the road

There used to be a Stockyard Cafe that was by the old miss. river bridge on the BR side. It was an actual stockyard with a little cafe in it. Not sure if it's the same place just reopening somewhere else or something different. Pretty good little place though with homemade type foods.
