researching some new cookware......what does the FDB think of Staub?
I think I really like it and can see myself cooking all kinds of different meals and dishes.
I searched and the staub discussion is limited - any counsel would be appreciated.
Thank You

By far the best brand of enameled cast iron
I have quite a few pieces(including all but the small cocottes pictured as well as some small casserole dishes and a terrine mold) that get used frequently and they have no sign of wear. seasons and cleans beautifully. Highly recommend anything from staub

Second what Caplewood said.
We are a Staub household and can't say enough good things.

I have several and love cooking in them. You can usually catch them on sale online at some of the kitchen websites.

I have three pieces and will be adding more soon. Fantastic cookware. My 8.5 quart oval is my favorite item in my kitchen.

Isn't that Rusty's company?

I got the 5 qt oval from Williams Sonoma a few years ago, and love it. Bought it after the holidays, and with all the crazy discount codes, was under $100.

I'm a big fan. I was able to go bonkers one time at the Williams Sonoma outlet in San Marcos. I think everything I picked up was 80% off.
I did see this in my sales feed this morning.
Satub 7-qt Braise & Grill - $120
