Spin off of favorite cooking shows - Triple D

Saw a 3D today that went to the Old Coffee Pot in the quarter. Chef put tomato sauce I his jambalaya which I consider a no no. Guy and patrons raved about it. Granted it looked one of the patrons was wearing an Ole Miss shirt (what does he know). What is the boards thoughts about tomato in jambalaya and "OCP" in general.

New Orleans can't make a good jambalaya. They gotta put tomatoes in gumbo too for some reason. Tourists don't know any better though. Which is why Acme always has a line.
