My contribution to Christmas dinner at my mother-in-laws will be a ham. We usually pick one up at the Honey Baked, but I want to smoke one in my new MB 40" cabinet.

I'm thinking about a nice cured bone-in, 3-5 hours according to the internets. Any special suggestions? Am I going to ruin Christmas?

Did one last weekend in mine. Used mix of cherry and pecan wood. Filled up pan with root beer. Dry rub of brown sugar, cayenne, granulated onion and garlic, and salt.

Yummy
