Yes 21/25's are fine. Season the shite out of your water and bring it to a boil. Drop your shrimp in and keep the fire on them until they begin to turn pink and start to float to the surface(basically right before the pot boils again). Turn the heat off and let them sit at that temp for 2 minutes then throw in half a bag of ice to cool them off(account for this bag of ice when seasoning your water). Soak for 12-15 minutes depending on taste. Pull when they're ready.

21/25's are fine but like crawfish, the bigger the better. How many lbs? Also, I've passed on the crawfish dipping sauces for years and tried some Wow Wee spicy sauce. It's great. Will go good with shrimp also.
