Oysters. As suggested already use the other mollusks for a different meal.
Shrimp only need to cook until pink, usually just a few minutes in a simmering stock. If your crab is in the shell, put it in first for about 5 minutes, then the oysters and shrimp. If using lump, you can put them all in together.

My tip is always carefully pick ya crab meat shells are not good and its impossible to put too much crabmeat but its wonderful trying
