What type of pots and pans do you cook with? Copper, aluminum, enamel, ceramic, stainless steel, cast iron, clay, ???
Didn’t realize some types may be harmful to your health.
Recommendations/advice for everyday cooking - preferably dishwasher safe.

Cast iron and stainless steel mostly. We have a few non-stick pots and pans we use occasionally.

I use cast iron for most of my cooking.
I also use a 12” all clad stainless steel deep skillet and a few le cruse anodized aluminum skillet for breakfast stuff.
Buy once cry once with kitchen cooking except when it comes to the cast iron. Lodge is fine if it’s seasoned properly.

Food & Drink board will probably give you better information.

Get stainless steel with a copper bottom or enameled cast iron. Only thing ‘non-stick’ to have would be a griddle.
If you have a tough scorch in the cast iron enamel, place damp dryer sheets over the scorched material for several hours.
Used to sell cookware and collected Calphalon, All-Clad, and Le Creuset pieces. Those are the best in my experience.

Le Creuset for enameled cast iron.
Hestan for stainless.
Both will set you back though.
