I bought a six pack when it was released and found it somewhat underwhelming. So, I decided to let a few age, and just opened my first aged bottle after a year and a half or so, and I have to say, it's significantly better now than it was then. My first impression of the beer was mediocre at best, boring at worst. Now, it's one of the more interesting, complex Quads I've had. This was my first foray into bottle aging beer, so I'm going to have to be on the lookout for other opportunities. Any beers that age particularly well that I should be on the lookout for?

The Godfather of the FBD threads, KJ, is the foremost authority on aging beers. You might want to get some pointers from him
