Was in the grocery check out line, the clerk and customer in front of me were talking about cooking pork ribs in gravy on top of the stove....
I grill em but never had em in gravy.
I can probably wing it but does anyone do this? Have a recipe?
I'm thinking Sunday dinner!

I have braised them in the oven then pull meat out when done and make a gravy with pan drippings and braising liquid. I have made a brown gravy or add some tomato paste and crushed tomotoes for a deep tomato gravy then add meat back for a few minutes just before serving.

Thanks, I'm gonna put this together this afternoon. I might smoke a rack...just in case!
