REB BEER's Labor Day Deer roast

Started by chopping 1 large bell pepper, 1 large onion, and a handful of garlic


Liberally sprinkled Tony's on roast and browned in a little oil

Removed from pot and set aside to toss in chopped vegetables


Deglazed pot with beef broth and cooked down veggies



Added roast back to pot, added potatoes, carrots, and shrooms, then covered and threw in the oven on 250*. Also added the remainder of the beef broth can.



I'll report back in 6-8 hours.
