Will be visiting New Orleans next week. Is Ghost in the Machine widely available? Where should I look while in town? If it is out right now, I want to get a case or 2. I know absolutely nothing about their distribution and their availability.

I haven't been to New Orleans in 4-5 years so I have no idea what their availability is

We don't know either.
As soon as somebody has it, these assholes start posting about it and it disappears from the shelves.

Shitlords I believe they call them. Or cucks. I don't know.

Is it really that good? I haven't had it yet, but what's the craze over this beer?

It tastes like Tang and it's got a 9% ABV

Basically a beer for bitches that wanna get drunk after two drinks.

It's a really good, citrusy IPA. So of you like ipas you'll love it. But you can find Envie much easier and it is Ghost junior.....taste the same as Ghost but with lower alcohol.

It's good. I like Wrought Iron better maybe. But the citrus flavor is nice even when it's hot outside.

Yes, it is really that good in the sense that it is an extremely high quality IPA, and down here in Louziana we don't have that many good beers. If you live out of state, you probably won't get it.

You might be able to find some stragglers still hanging around, but they will be rare.

#cases won't be happening that long after the release.

1. Buy a case of Tropicalia before you leave.
2. Stand on the corner of St. Charles and Polymnia with a sign that reads "Will trade Tropicalia for Ghost".
3. Wait for willing neckbeard to accept your offer.
4. Profit.

Alright, yeah I have no idea what it's like to try and get that beer. I can get Tropicalia every Thursday (drank a growler of Cosmik Debris last night). Guess I just won't worry about it unless I get lucky and stumble across some.

Thanks for the answers and the down votes

Just buy some Grit and Grace. Much more consistent than Ghost.

The current Ghost has to be called Batch 9 because Parish can't make up their mind. Great Raft doesn't have to give their DIPA a batch number.

Your trolls need to be more subtle if you want bites. Try to include a small degree of truth.

Per Great Raft:

That beer hides all the hops in the malty darkness

I think the last batch of grit and grace was a stout.
