Quick - Need 5 NOLA restaurants for out of town folk from TN

Not sure how obvious these are and I'm fairly out of touch with the new NOLA scene but I'm pretty sure many of these are not on most visitor lists.

Italian -- Italian Barrel, Vincent's, Marcello's, Irene's, Mariza

Cajun/ creole -- Remoulade, Bon Ton, Atchafalya, Trinity, Tableau

French -- Patois, N7, Lilette, maybe even Café Degas

Asian fusion/ whatever -- Kin

Gautreau's doesn't really fit into any particular category but it's very good and I feel like it's obscure in a GW Fins sort of way. GW Fins is one of the best restaurants in the city that nobody talks about. Dante's Kitchen is another good one that's rarely mentioned. I'd put Upperline in the list too...
