Can you fit a whole rack of spare ribs lengthwise on your Oval XL? If so, how many?
I'm tired of rolling mine up on my WSM.

It depends if you are you deflector plates as to how many, but the answer is yes. I cook 3-4 one side. I have never used my full fire box yet.

I usually do pork loin ribs from sams/costco and I think I have done 6 with one of those rib racks

Found a pic...yep 6. I put skewers to keep them from touching on the ends. I'd get a second rack next time to hold them all appart.
If you use only 1/2 with the divider in I'd think you have to roll them or cut in half...you know...like the BGE boys do

Just get a Pit Barrel and you can cook 8 at a time

No. Two on the bottom and one on the top. If I roll them then they have to go on the bottom.

I use the half and just kinda curve them a bit, but it works.
