Pork chops marinated in Vietnamese fish sauce

Served with brown rice and thinly cut cucumbers. So brilliantly simple and yet so amazingly delicious. Just bragging about my lunch, bros.

I marinated some in soy sauce the other day and then cooked them with a teryaki glaze in a skillet. Good stuff.

I marinated some boneless pork chops in fish sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, siracha, garlic, and garlic the other night.
