Anyone have any input about this place. Just saw something about it, and have never even heard of it. Seems like a pretty cool concept though?

I had never even heard of it and now I've seen it mentioned on eater twice.
I know its a bar with some basic bbq but its supposed to have a good view.
FYI, its located in an "upscale RV park" I think.

And supposedly has a pool that you can use if you want. It seems to be in a rough area, though, out by the Industrial Canal.

You can rent a floating hotel room with wonderful views of the IHNC.

we have been there about 6-8 times camping. yes it is on the industrial canal, but I wouldn't consider it a "rough area". it's behind the flood wall, and the many times that we have been in and out at night we have never seen anyone around the streets. also it is gated. the food is decent nothing to go out of the way to get, unless you just want to get away from the city and grab a drink and chill.
