6:15-7:30 is "rush" time in most places. With Pinetta's being so tiny and known for slower service, I wouldn't be surprised at all if you needed to be there no later than 6. Especially with the time change and it being dark before people even get home from work.
7:30 might be okay, but you won't be BEATING the rush.. you'll be coming in after it. Still, I think that place stays filled until 8:30+.
