8 oz grated cheddar cheese-
2 oz jar of pimentos, drained
1/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon finely grated vidalia onion
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
dash of worcestershire sauce
Mix pimentos, mayo, sour cream, onion, cayenne and worcestershire well in a bowl until mixed completely then add your cheese and continue to mixed until just combined and creamy.

The sour cream looks interesting. I have seen some recipes that call for cream cheese. Will give it a shot. Thanks
