Gotta bring some in on Monday. Ya'll got a good "go to" recipe i could try?

8 oz grated cheddar cheese-
2 oz jar of pimentos, drained
1/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon finely grated vidalia onion
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
dash of worcestershire sauce
Mix pimentos, mayo, sour cream, onion, cayenne and worcestershire well in a bowl until mixed completely then add your cheese and continue to mixed until just combined and creamy.

The sour cream looks interesting. I have seen some recipes that call for cream cheese. Will give it a shot. Thanks

Maybe too late for this tip, but it is always better after it sits in the fridge for a few days, and I use my stand mixer
