Pastalaya recipe?

Thinking of doing one today but...do you guys rather andouille vs reg sm sausage? Also...use spaghetti noodles?

Guy at my works makes it and it's fantastic. He uses the Vernon's andouille sausage because it hold up better in the dish. Also uses spaghetti noodles.

My girlfriend, originally from upstate New York, calls it Cajun LoMein.

Definitely reg smoked sausage. I've done pastalaya with thin spaghetti, regular spaghetti noodles, spirals, bow ties, and fettuccine. My preference is regular spaghetti noodles, but you can't go wrong.
